7. Remove the bolts (B) and nut (C).
8. Remove the under-floor TWC See: Under-Floor TWC Removal/Installation.
9. Remove the secondary HO2S See: Powertrain Management/Computers and Control Systems/Oxygen Sensor/Service and Repair/Secondary HO2S
Replacement.
10. Remove the splash shield See: Body and Frame/Splash Guard/Service and Repair/Front Splash Shield Replacement.
11. Remove the intermediate shaft See: Transmission and Drivetrain/Drive Axles, Bearings and Joints/Axle Shaft Assembly/Service and
Repair/Removal and Replacement/Intermediate Shaft Removal.
12. Remove the P/S heat shield See: Steering and Suspension/Steering/Steering Gear/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Steering
Gearbox Removal.
13. Disconnect the engine oil pressure switch connector (A), the right front wheel sensor connector (B), and the CKP sensor connector (C), then
remove harness clamp (D).
