14. Cutoff the ends of a coat hanger, and bend it into the shape below, or make an equivalent tool.
15. To remove the igniter from the headlight housing, push the wire bundle into the headlight housing while guiding it toward the front of the lens. At
the same time, gently pull on the harness from the other side. To avoid snagging the harness, use your finger or the tool you made in step 14, to keep
the harness toward the lens and away from the bracket inside the housing.
NOTE:
If the harness gets stuck, don't try to pull it out. Push the harness back in, then use your finger to push it toward the lens (away from the bracket),
and try again.
16. Tape a piece of heavy string or equivalent that is at about two feet long to the coat hanger.
17. On the new headlight housing, thread the coat hanger into the headlight housing, and move it around until you can grab it and pull it out of the
igniter opening.
18. Separate the string from the coat hanger, then remove the coat hanger.
19. Tape the string to the bundle on the igniter harness.
