Power Seat Control Module: Testing and Inspection
Power Seat Control Unit Input Test

Disarming/Service and Repair before doing repairs or servicing.

Power Seat Control Unit appears as MEMORY SEAT CONTROL UNIT on HDS display screen.
1. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).
2. Remove the driver's power seat.
NOTE: Be careful not to scratch the interior trim.
3. Disconnect the connectors from the power seat control unit (A).
NOTE: All connector views are from wire side of female terminals.
4. Inspect the connector and socket terminals to be sure they are all making good contact.

If the terminals are bent, loose or corroded, repair them as necessary and recheck the system.

If the terminals look OK, go to step 5.
