3. Torque the TORX nuts in the sequence shown in two or more steps.
4. Reassemble the front passenger's seat cushion cover/pad See: Body and Frame/Seats/Seat Cover/Service and Repair/Front Seat Cushion
Cover/Pad Replacement.
5. Reinstall the front passenger's seat See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Front Seat Removal/Installation.
6. Do the battery terminal reconnection procedure See: Starting and Charging/Battery/Service and Repair/Procedures.
7. Clear any DTCs with the HDS See: Air Bag Systems/Testing and Inspection/Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.
8. Do the front passenger's weight sensor initialization See: Air Bag Systems/Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning.
9. Confirm proper SRS operation: Turn the ignition switch to ON (II), and check that the SRS indicator comes on for about 6 seconds and then go
off.
