Transmission Fluid Pressure Switch A (2nd Clutch) Replacement

Transmission Fluid Pressure Switch A (2nd Clutch) Replacement

1. Do the battery removal procedure  See: Starting and Charging/Battery/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement.

2. Remove the charge air cooler cover  See: Powertrain Management/Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Turbocharger/Intercooler/Service and Repair.

3. Remove the air cleaner  See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Tune-up and Engine Performance Checks/Air Cleaner Housing/Service and

Repair.

4. Remove the battery base  See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Service and Repair/Engine Removal.

5. Remove the air bypass outlet pipe (A).

6. Disconnect the transmission fluid pressure switch A (2nd clutch) connector, and remove the switch (A).

7. Install a new transmission fluid pressure switch A (2nd clutch) and a new sealing washer (B), and tighten the switch.
