Rear Seat Head Restraint Cover/Pad Replacement
NOTE: Take care not to tear the seams or damage the seat covers.
1. Remove the head restraint.
2. Unzip the head restraint cover (A), pull it back, and remove it.
3. Separate the double-sided adhesive tapes (A), then remove the head restraint pad (B) and head restraint pad molding (C) from the head restraint
frame (D).
4. Scrape off the remaining double-sided adhesive tape from the head restraint frame, then clean its surface with a sponge dampened in alcohol.
5. Install the cover and pads in the reverse order of removal.
