REPAIR PROCEDURE
1. Update the PGM-FI sofiware with the HDS. Refer to Service Bulletin 01-026, Updating Control Units/ Modules.

NOTE:
On some 2009 RLs with Tech Package (VINs JH4KB266.9C000001 thru JH4KB266.9C002248), you must disconnect the AcuraLink control
unit 5P update connector before updating the PCM. For more information, including additional warranty flat rate time, refer to Service Bulletin
09-009, Disconnect the AcuraLink Update Connector Before Updating the PCM.*
2. Do an EVAP function test with the HDS. Does the EVAP system pass the test?
Yes - The EVAP system is OK; return the vehicle to the client.
No - Continue with normal troubleshooting to find the cause of the EVAP system problem.
