From the Unit Check screen, access the System History screen by touching the SYSTEM HISTORY icon.

Scan each line looking for error codes 0801 or 0810, and BPB error codes; if needed, use the joystick to scroll down and right. The illustration
below shows examples of 0801, 0810, and BPB error codes.

If an error code 0801, 0810, or BPB is found, replace the HDD with a remanufactured unit. Refer to Service Bulletin 96-025, Navigation
System Component Exchange Program, for parts and parts ordering information.

If 0801, 0810, or BPB error codes are not found, rewrite the software on the HDD with the latest version available from Acuralink 2000.
