11. Remove the crankshaft pulley.
12. Remove the upper and lower covers.
13. Set the No. 1 piston at TDC.
14. Rotate the crankshaft clockwise one turn.
15. Loosen the balancer belt adjusting bolt 180°.
16. Tighten the adjusting bolt, torque to 44 Nm (4.5 kgs.cm, 33 ft. lbs.).
