6. Place the new side airbag on the seat-back frame. Tighten the side airbag mounting nuts.
7. Install the new seat-back cover.
8. Install the seat assembly, then connect the side airbag harness 2P connector to the SRS floor harness 2P connector.
9. Reconnect the battery positive cable, then connect the negative cable.
10. After installing the side airbag, confirm proper system operation: Turn the ignition switch ON (II); the SRS indicator light should come on for
about six seconds and then go off.
11. Reclining and slide the front seat forward fully, make sure the harness wires are not pinched or interfering with other parts.
12. Enter the anti-theft code for the radio, then enter the customer's radio station presets.
