1.
Replace the throttle body:

Refer to page 11-410 of the 2002-06 HSX Service Manual, or*

Online, enter keyword THROTTLE BODY, and select Throttle Body Removal/Installation from the list.
2.
Connect the HDS to the DLC (data link connector), and clear the DTC.
3.
Do the idle learn procedure:

Online, enter keyword IDLE LEARN, and select ECM/PCM Idle Learn procedure (M/T) or ECM/PCM Idle Learn procedure (A/T) from the
list.*
