SLX V6-3.2L SOHC (1996)
3. Install the fuel rail onto the lower intake manifold.
4. Install the fuel rail bolts.
Tighten:
Tighten the fuel rail bolts to 7 N.m (75 lb in.).
5. Install the bolt and the bracket in order to secure the fuel return line to the lower intake manifold.
6. Connect the fuel injector electrical connectors.
7. Connect the fuel feed line.
8. Connect the fuel return line.
9. Install the fuel pump relay in the underhood fuse box. Refer to Fuel Pump Relay
10. Install the upper intake manifold. Refer to Upper Intake Manifold.
11. Connect the negative battery cable.
12. Crank the engine until it starts. Cranking the engine may take longer than usual due to trapped air in the fuel rail and in the injectors.
