Remove the transmission drain plug, drain the ATF, and discard the drain plug gasket.

Remove the main case and adapter case oil pans from the transmission, and carefully drain the remaining ATF from the pans. Discard the pan bolts
and the pan gaskets.
6.
Disconnect the TCC solenoid wire harness connector and its ground connector. Do not pull on the harness to remove the connectors; pull only on
the connectors.
