If you hear a growling or whining, go to REPAIR PROCEDURE.
REPAIR PROCEDURE
1.
Replace the hub bearing unit, the splash guard, the spindle nut, and the grease cap for both rear wheels. Refer to the appropriate service manual.
2.
Test-drive the vehicle to make sure the noise is gone.
