Open the lower map pocket. Cut a 20 mm x 15 mm piece of wool felt, and apply it to the underside of the armrest as shown.

Remove the sunglasses holder from the lower map pocket. Cut a 20 mm x 50 mm piece of felt, and apply it to the bottom of the sunglasses holder
