Control Module HVAC: Service and Repair
Climate Control Unit Removal and Installation
1. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
2. Remove the glove box housing.
3. Remove the throttle actuator control module.
4. Disconnect the connectors (A) from the climate control unit (B), then remove the wire harness clip (C), the self-tapping screws and the climate
control unit
5. Install the control unit in the reverse order of removal. After installation, operate the control switch assembly controls to see whether it works
properly.
6. Run the self-diagnostic function to confirm that there are no problems in the system.
