Dashboard Center Vent Removal/Installation
NOTE: Take care not to scratch the dashboard and related parts.
1. Apply protective tape (A) on the dashboard beside the right side of the dashboard center vent (B). Pry the dashboard center vent up with a trim
tool.
2. Carefully pull one side of the dashboard center vent (A) partially out to release clips (B, C, D), then do the same on the other side. Disconnect the
hazard warning switch/passenger airbag cutoff indicator connector (E) and audio-HVAC subdisplay-clock connector (F), then remove the
dashboard center vent.
3. Install the dashboard center vent in the reverse order of removal, and make sure each connector is plugged in properly.
