SYMPTOM
There is a knock or clunk coming from the rear suspension. The noise can sound like loose items in the trunk or on the rear shelf.
PROBABLE CAUSE
One or both of the rear damper assemblies are faulty.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Replace one or both rear damper assemblies.

DIAGNOSIS
1.
Test-drive the vehicle over rough roads while varying the speed from 10 to 25 mph.
