Power Steering Pump: Service and Repair
Power Steering Pump Pulley
REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
1. Drain the fluid from the pump.
2. Hold the steering pump in a vise with soft jaws, hold the pulley with the special too[, and remove the pulley nut and pulley.
CAUTION: Be careful not to damage the pump housing with the jaws of the vise.
3. Install the pulley in the reverse of removal.
NOTE: Install the pump pulley as shown, then install the pulley nut.
