69. Measure the voltage between PGM-FI main relay 1 4P connector terminal No. 4 and body ground.
Is there battery voltage?
YES -
Go to step 70.
NO -
Replace the under-hood fuse/relay box See: Maintenance/Fuses and Circuit Breakers/Fuse Block/Service and Repair/Under-Hood Fuse/Relay Box
Removal/Installation.
70. Check for continuity between PGM-FI main relay 1 4P connector terminal No. 3 and ECM/PCM connector terminal A6.
