Rear Damper/Spring Removal and Installation
Removal
1. Raise and support the vehicle See: Wheels and Tires/Vehicle Lifting/Service and Repair.
2. Remove the rear wheel.
3. Remove the brake hose mounting bolt (A).
4. Remove the rear seat See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Rear Seat Removal/Installation.
5. Remove the damper mounting nuts (A) from the top of the damper.
6. Remove the brake hose bracket mounting nuts (A), then disconnect the brake hose bracket (B) from the knuckle.
