4. Apply a light coat of super high temp urea grease (P/N 08798-9002)   to the pushrod (B) of the slave cylinder.

5. Connect the clutch line (C) to the slave cylinder (D), and tighten the flare nut (E).

NOTE: Tighten the flare nut while holding the clutch line connector (F) using a wrench.

6. Install the slave cylinder and the clutch line bracket (G).

7. Bleed the clutch hydraulic system  See: Service and Repair.

8. Check the clutch operation, and check for leaks.

9. Test-drive the vehicle.

O-ring Replacement

1. Remove the slave cylinder.

2. Remove the roll pins (A), then remove the clutch line connector (B) and the O-ring (C) from the slave cylinder (D).
