REPAIR PROCEDURE
NOTE:
Each vehicle requires two bolts, two nuts, and four washers.
1.
Raise the vehicle on a lift.
2.
Hold the front compliance bushing nut with a wrench while loosening the bolt. Remove the bolt, the nut, and the two washers.
3.
Install a new bolt, a new nut, and two new washers. Torque the bolt to 74 N.m (54 lb-ft).
4.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 on the opposite side.
5.
Center-punch a completion mark above the first character of the engine compartment VIN.
