SRS components are located in this area. Review the SRS component locations and the precautions and procedures before performing repairs or service.
1. Remove these items:

Headliner
-
Moonroof glass
2. Remove the bolts securing both rear grab handle brackets (A), then release them from the body. Do not pull the bracket with the airbag
excessively. Take care not to damage the airbag.
3. Put on gloves to protect your hands. Disconnect the motor connector (A), open/close-tilt/close switch connector (B), and remove the moonroof
relays (C).
