Put on gloves to protect your hands.

Take care not to scratch the interior trim or the body, or tear the seat covers.
1. Remove the headliner See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and Repair.
2. Remove these items:

Power sunshade control unit/motor See: Sunroof / Moonroof Motor/Service and Repair/Panoramic Glass Roof Motor Replacement

Lower crossmember See: Panoramic Glass Roof Sunshade Frame Lower Crossmember Replacement
3. Remove the TORX screws (A, B) with a T25 TORX bit, then remove the sunshade track (C).
4. Install the sunshade drive assembly in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE: Confirm the sunshade track (A) location, as shown.
5. Reset the panoramic glass roof control unit See: Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning.
