3. Scrape off the remaining double-sided adhesive tape (A) with a putty knife from the rear fixed glass panel (B).
NOTE: Do not scrape down to the painted surface of the body; damaged paint will interfere with proper bonding.
4. Clean the rear fixed glass panel bonding surface with a shop towel dampened in isopropyl alcohol. After cleaning, do not allow oil, grease, and
water to contact on the clean surface.
5. Apply a light coat of glass primer to the attaching surface of the rear fixed glass panel (A) with a nozzle. Let the glass primer dry for at least 10
minutes:

Do not apply body primer.

Attach the glass rear gap seal within 30 minutes after applying the glass primer.
