3. Clean the windshield bonding surface with a shop towel dampened in isopropyl alcohol. After cleaning, do not allow oil, grease, and water to
contact on the clean surface.
4. Attach the windshield upper seal (A) with adhesive tape to the inside surface of the windshield upper molding (B) as shown.
5. Apply a light coat of glass primer to the attaching surface of the windshield (A) with a 2 mm (0.08 in) nozzle (B). Let the glass primer dry for at
least 10 minutes:

Do not apply body primer.

Attach the windshield upper molding within 30 minutes after applying the glass primer.
