6. Disconnect the shift lock solenoid connector (C), and replace the shift lock solenoid.
7. Apply silicone grease to the tip (D) of the shift lock stop and the solenoid plunger hole (E).
8. Connect the shift lock solenoid connector.
9. Install the shift lock solenoid by aligning the joint of the shift lock solenoid plunger hole with the tip of the shift lock stop, then push the shift lock
solenoid into the shift lever securely.
10. Install the shift lever assembly See: Shifter A/T/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/A/T Shift Lever Installation.
11. Install the center console See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Center Console
Removal/Installation.
12. Install the shift lever knob See: Shifter A/T/Service and Repair/Overhaul/A/T Shift Lever Knob Replacement.
