It multimeter reads up to 20 K Ohms, check for short circuit to Ground (GND) according to wiring diagram, repair as necessary

It no wiring malfunctions are found, check ABS with VAG 1710, -> Technical Bulletin, Group 45, No.93-01, June 15, 1993
Note:
If malfunctions of the wheel speed sensors and wiring are not found, replace ABS Control Module (J104).
