Ground circuit on printed circuit board not soldered.

Circuit board resoldered at manufacturer.

Service:
If an intermittent/nonfunctional speedometer is diagnosed, tap on the instrument panel and observe speedometer needle. If a significant variation in
needle position is observed remove instrument panel circuit board and solder point as indicated on illustration. DO NOT USE A SOLDER IRON
LARGER THAN 30 WATTS.
