Brake Pad: Service and Repair
Dual Piston

Front brake pads, removing (Double piston caliper) 

Remove front wheels

Caliper With Sensor Connector

Pull plug connector for wear indicator out of bracket
Press connector on knurled surface (arrow) and pull apart.

Brake Caliper With Guide Pin

Remove lower fastening bolt for brake caliper housing (arrow) while holding guide pin

Caution:

When reusing brake pads, mark pads to prevent changing inside to outside or from one caliper to another. Mixed pads can cause
uneven braking.
