This Technical Bulletin supersedes all previously published repair information concerning front crankshaft oil seal removal.

Tool No. 3203 is required to remove front crankshaft oil seal.

Work Procedure:

Crankshaft oil seal (pulley side), removing.

remove V-belt pulley and vibration damper

^

remove crankshaft seal using tool 3203

Refer to repair manual for detailed disassemble and reassemble information.

Note:

Attempting to remove front crankshaft oil seal using any other tool can damage oil pump
housing.
