Temperature Regulating Flap With Servo Motor

REMOVING

-

Remove windshield wiper assembly.

-

Remove heater box cover.

-

Remove servo cover.

-

Remove temperature flap regulating servo motor.

INSTALLING

-

Install temperature flap regulating servo motor. 

-

Be sure washers are in correct order before assembling.  

-

Adjust potentiometer.

-

Install cover.

-

Install heater box cover.

-

Install windshield wiper assembly.

ADJUSTING

-

Switch ignition ON, set A/C control head temperature to HI, select diagnosis channel 8.

Up to VIN: 44 LN 009586, approximately 9-14 is displayed, adjusting value: 12.

^

From VIN: 44 LN 009586, approximately 9-25 is displayed, adjusting value: 20.
