Generator (GEN) V-belt pulley, removing/installing

Special tool 3310 (order number T03 310 000 27 ZEL) will be available shortly.

Use this special tool to remove/install the Generator (GEN) V-belt pulley for all Audi models and model years.

When installing V-belt pulley, torque pulley nut according to specifications listed in the Repair Manual, Group 27.

Note

For all models equipped with the 2.8L V6 engine, if the Generator pulley is removed, replace the gold-colored pulley retaining nut with olive-colored
pulley retaining nut, Part No. 078 903 181.
