Audi 100

Caution

Using typical sling-type towing equipment, the Audi 100 can only be towed with the front wheels off the ground. If extensive damage or other conditions
prevent towing with the front wheels off the ground, use towing dolly.

Front hookup

-

attach J-hooks to front part of lower control arms (near front control arm bushing)

-

place 4 x 4 under bumper

place tow bar against bumper

Caution

Some tow bars have bolt/clamp that may damage license plate when tow bar is placed against bumper. Protect license plate with wood or other buffer
material or remove license plate.

Rear Hookup

On the Audi 100, rear hookup can only be made with wheel-lifting towing equipment. Do not attempt rear hookup of Audi 100 with sling-type towing
gear.
