Hydraulic Brake Servo: Adjustments

Clevis Rod, adjusting

- transfer clevis from old brake servo to new brake servo

Adjust clevis as follows:

NOTE:  Before measuring, fully extend push rod outward from brake servo. Be sure clevis is positioned, as shown.

Clevis adjustment dimension a depends on VIN number:

Up through VIN 44 JN 201 030:

a = 249.0 ± 0.5 mm

From VIN 44 JN 210031:

-

a = 230.0 ± 0.5 mm
