attach bracket to pressure gradient switch using large nut and spring washer install assembly to right of ignition coil bracket using supplied nut, bolt and
washer (arrow) remove cap from coolant reservoir to release pressure, then reinstall

remove threaded plug (arrow) from lower left side of cylinder head (below ignition coil)

Note

Some coolant will escape. install thermo valve with copper sealing washer in threaded bore top off coolant reservoir if necessary

install 300 mm long vacuum hose to straight connection on thermo valve using hose clamp install other end of 300 mm vacuum hose to pressure gradient
switch using hose clamp install 200 mm long vacuum hose to angled connection of thermo valve using hose clamp
