Fuel Filter: Service and Repair
Bleeding Fuel System
1.
Loosen the injection fuel line fittings at all injectors.
2.
Disconnect the control wire to the glow plug relay and then crank the engine until fuel comes out of the loosened fuel lines.
3.
Tighten the fuel line nuts to a torque of 18 ft/lbs. (24 Nm).
4.
Reconnect the glow plug connector and start the car. Check carefully for fuel leaks around the vent screw and the injector nuts.
