Vacuum Unit For Central Flap

Instrument Panel Installed

1. Remove foot space air outlet. See Footwell Air Outlet, service and repair.
2. Remove vacuum hoses from connectors A and B.
3. Adjust by turning screw D.

Adjustment dimension C = 19mm (0.75 in.).

4. Connect vacuum hoses.
5. Install footwell air outlet.

Instrument Panel Removed

Vacuum Unit For Central Flap

1. Apply vacuum at connection A.
2. Adjust central flap setting by turning screw B until it is between marking C of the heater/fresh air housing.
