Removing and installing impact bar
Removing and installing impact bar
–  Remove bumper cover (front) → Chapter.
   
Removing mounting (left-side)
  Note
Before removing, mark position on longitudinal member and align accordingly during installation.
–  Unscrew bolts -1-, -3-, -4- and -5- from mounting for impact bar.
Installing
l  Tightening torque → Chapter
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
–  Bolt on mounting for impact bar according to marking made during removal.
–  Install bumper cover (front) → Chapter.
Removing mounting (right-side)
–  Mark installation position of mounting relative to lock carrier (for reinstallation).
  A63-10436
–  Unscrew bolts -1-, -2-, -3- and -4-.
–  Detach impact bar -5- with mountings from lock carrier.
Installing
l  Tightening torque → Chapter
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
–  Bolt on mounting for impact bar according to marking made during removal.
–  Install bumper cover (front) → Chapter.
