Removing and installing interface control unit for vehicle location systemJ843

Removing and installing interface control unit for vehicle location system -J843-

Removing

–	With ignition switched off, disconnect earth wire at battery → Electrical system; Rep. gr.27.

–	Remove luggage compartment side trim (left-side) → Rep. gr.70.

–	Unplug all connectors at interface control unit for vehicle location system -J843--2-.

–	Unscrew nuts -arrows- and take control unit out of vehicle.

Installing

Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:

–	Install retaining frame for control units → Electrical system; Rep. gr.97.

–	Connect battery. For measures required refer to → Electrical system; Rep. gr.27.
