Checking operation of automatic anti-dazzle interior mirror
Checking operation of automatic anti-dazzle interior mirror
The following conditions must be satisfied for performing this functional test:
l  Interior mirror fitted
l  Ignition on
l  Reverse gear not engaged
l  Automatic anti-dazzle function activated, indicator lamp must light
   
Test sequence
–  Cover the photosensor -arrow- on the housing side -1-.
–  Aim a light source, e.g. a torch, at the photosensor on the mirror side -2-.
l  The interior mirror must darken rapidly.
