| Disengage the support bracket -1- of the Bowden cable for the easy entry facility from the holder -2- at the seat fore-and-aft adjuster. |

| Disengage the Bowden cable for the easy entry facility -4- at the seat fore-and-aft adjuster -3-. |

| Unclip the holder -6- for the Bowden cable for the easy entry facility at the seat pan frame. |

| Use a screwdriver to release the retainer tabs -7- and disengage -arrow- and detach the Bowden cable for the easy entry facility -5- at the seat pan frame. |
Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following: |

| Heed the safety regulations for pyrotechnic components → Chapter. |

| Before handling pyrotechnic components (for example to plug in the connector), the person concerned must „discharge static“, for instance by briefly grasping hold of the door striker plate. |

Note Make sure the connectors are pressed on as far as they will go and are heard to engage. |
WARNING The battery must be connected with the ignition switched on. If pyrotechnic components (airbag, belt tensioner for example) are inexpertly repaired, this may result in unwanted triggering after connecting the battery. There must not be anyone in the vehicle when connecting the battery. |

Note If the airbag warning lamp -K75- indicates a fault following installation, the event recorder must be interrogated, erased and then interrogated again → Vehicle diagnostic tester. |
