Removing and installing head restraint guide

Removing
–  Remove the head restraint → Chapter.
   
Head restraint guide without release button:
–  Carefully apply a narrow screwdriver between the seat cover and the head restraint guide at the front of the head restraint guide and release the retainer tab -2- of the head restraint guide.
–  Press the retainer tab inwards and at the same time pull -arrow- the head restraint guide -1- out of the backrest frame -3-.

Head restraint guide with release button:
–  Carefully apply a narrow screwdriver between the seat cover and the head restraint guide opposite the release button and release the retainer tab -2- of the head restraint guide.
–  Press the retainer tab inwards and at the same time pull -arrow- the head restraint guide -3- out of the backrest frame -1-.
Notes on installation: For example tightening torques, component replacement → Chapter.
