Removing and installing seat height adjuster unit
Removing and installing seat height adjuster unit
Removing
  Caution
If possible, move the front seat to the highest position. This reduces the spring force on removing and installing the seat height adjuster unit.
–  Move the front seat as far forwards and upwards as possible and then lower it by one stage.
–  Remove the trim on the sill panel side → Chapter.
   
–  Remove the lever for the seat height adjustment handle → Chapter.
–  Screw out the bolts -1, 2, 3-.
–  Unfasten the seat height adjuster -4- from the seat pan frame and detach.
Installing
Install in reverse order.
Notes on installation: For example tightening torques, component replacement → Chapter.
