| Release the rear seat backrest and fold it forwards. |

| Press the height adjustment release button -3- at the head restraint guide -4--arrow- and at the same time lift the head restraint -1- out of the rear seat backrest -2-. |

| Push the head restraint into the lowest position in the rear seat backrest. |
| –
| Check whether the head restraint is properly locked. |

| It should no longer be possible to pull the head restraint out of the rear seat backrest. |
