| Take the evaporator -3- out of the bottom section of the air duct housing -1-. |
Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following: |

| Clean the bottom section of the air duct housing and the condensation drain before inserting the evaporator. |

| The seal -2- attached to the evaporator must be bonded on all-round - check for damage. |
Note The air conditioner output may be reduced if the seal is not properly bonded on. |

| Attach the heat insulation -4- to the expansion valve. |

| Insert the evaporator in the bottom section of the air duct housing, taking care not to damage the seal. |

| After assembling the two halves of the housing, check for correct positioning of the heat insulation at the expansion valve. |

| The absence of or incorrect installation of the heat insulation may lead to reduced air conditioner output (heat-induced change in set characteristic curve of expansion valve). |
