Renewing input shaft oil seal > < Exploded view - clutch release mechanism

Removing and installing clutch release bearing with release lever and guide sleeve
Removing and installing clutch release bearing with release lever and guide sleeve
   
Removing
l  Gearbox removed
–  Unhook spring -arrow- from clutch release lever.
–  Remove bolts -1- and -2-.
–  Remove release lever with release bearing and guide sleeve.

–  Rotate guide sleeve -1- approx. 90° -arrow-.
–  Press down the two retainer tabs -4- and pull release bearing -3- off release lever -2-.
Installing
Installation is carried out in reverse sequence; note the following:

Lubricate surface on release lever which contacts ball-head pin with MoS2 grease.
Tightening torque → Chapter
