1 - Brake fluid reservoir
2 - Supply hose
3 - Seal
q   Seals must be fitted in supply hose
q   Not available separately
q   Renew supply hose -item 8- if damaged
4 - Clutch master cylinder
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
5 - Clip
q   To remove and install pipe/hose assembly, pull out clip as far as it will go
6 - Retaining clip
q   Renew only when clutch master cylinder has been removed
q   Removing and installing → Item
7 - Mounting bracket
q   With clutch pedal
q   Removing and installing with clutch master cylinder → Chapter
q   Removing and installing without clutch master cylinder → Chapter
8 - Nut
q   → Item
9 - Seal / O-ring
q   Push onto pipe connection
q   Lubricate with brake fluid before installing
q   Renew seal / O-ring if damaged
q   Whether a seal or an O-ring is used depends on the type of connection → Fig.

10 - Pipe/hose assembly
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
q   Disconnecting from clutch master cylinder and clutch slave cylinder → Fig.
11 - Bracket
q   For pipe/hose assembly
q   Secured on body
12 - Bolt
q   20 Nm
q   2x
13 - Clip
q   To remove and install pipe/hose assembly, pull out clip as far as it will go
14 - Bleeder screw
q   6 Nm
q   Bleeding clutch system → Chapter
15 - Dust cap
16 - Clutch slave cylinder
q   Removing and installing → Chapter

   
Seals and O-rings for pipe and hose lines
  N30-10294
ItemType of connection
-1-Connection with annular groove -arrow 1-
-2-Connection with shoulder -arrow 2-
-3-Connection with shoulder -arrow 2- and annular groove -arrow 3-
l  Connection with annular groove -arrow 1- and -arrow 3-: seal / O-ring must be inserted in groove.

   
Disconnecting and connecting pipe/hose assembly from/to clutch master cylinder/clutch slave cylinder
–  To remove, release clip -3- with a screwdriver and disconnect pipe/hose assembly -1- from clutch master cylinder/slave cylinder -4-.
  Note
Renew seal / O-ring -2- if damaged.
–  Press pipe/hose assembly -1- onto connection on clutch slave cylinder and clutch master cylinder -4- so that clip -3- snaps into place.
–  Pull on pipe to check it is secure.
