q   With radiator fan control unit 2 -J671-
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
2 - Radiator fan -V7-
q   With radiator fan control unit -J293-
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
3 - Bracket
q   For electrical connector
4 - Radiator cowl
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
5 - Nut
q   8 Nm
6 - Grommet
q   For charge air cooler
7 - Coolant hose
8 - Radiator outlet coolant temperature sender -G83-
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
q   35 Nm
9 - O-ring
q   Renew
10 - Coolant hose
11 - Coolant hose
q   To coolant expansion tank
12 - Radiator
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
q   If renewed, change coolant in entire system
13 - Air duct
14 - Condenser
q   Removing and installing → Rep. gr.87
15 - Bolt
q   Tightening torque → Rep. gr.87
16 - Bolt
q   7 Nm
17 - Bracket
q   Note installation position
18 - Charge air cooler
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
19 - Nut
q   8 Nm

   
Connecting coolant hose with plug-in connector
–  Remove old O-ring -2- from coolant hose -3-.
–  Lightly lubricate new O-ring with coolant and fit O-ring in coolant hose.
–  Press coolant hose onto connection -1- until it engages audibly.
–  Press coolant hose in again and then pull to check that plug-in connector is correctly engaged.
